Indian Xpress delivers orders only to selected apartments, buildings, and residential societies within our predefined service area.

Orders placed outside the approved serviceable locations may be automatically rejected or cancelled without prior intimation.

All prices mentioned on the website are per kilogram or per unit, unless stated otherwise.

Final billing is calculated based on the actual packed weight of the items.

Minor variations in weight due to sorting and handling are acceptable and non-disputable

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered as per the selected time slot, generally between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Delivery attempts will be made once during the selected slot.
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address during the delivery window.

Indian Xpress shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen operational or logistical issues

Due to the perishable nature of vegetables and fruits:

❌ Returns, exchanges, or replacements are strictly not permitted once the order has been delivered.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
